Llwyd Ecclestone – Partner

The core executive team is overseen by Mr. Llwyd Ecclestone, who, as president of The Ecclestone Organization, has been a driving force in Palm Beach County’s development for more than 45 years. One of his more notable achievements has been the development of PGA National Golf Club. With over 5,300 homes, four PGA National Golf Courses, and a 339 room PGA National Resort and Spa in a 140,000 square foot shopping center on PGA Boulevard, this mixed use development is considered by many the crown jewel in Palm Beach Gardens. Within Resident Housing Development Llwyd is responsible for general oversight of all aspects of the business and plays a principal role in identifying and structuring project financing.

Derek Anderson – Partner

Derek has over 25 years of experience in student housing and hospitality related businesses. Over his real estate career he has been involved in the ground up development of numerous hotels and restaurants. And he has played a principal role in identifying and underwriting new acquisitions, site selection, conceptualizing and collaborating on the design, and entitling over 7,000 student housing beds. On the operations side he has overseen the design and implementation of an integrated corporate and property accounting system, property management software systems, property staffing, resident retention programs, and incident-based and preventative maintenance procedures.

Nick Anderson – Partner

Nick has a diverse background in the real estate and design related industries. He has played an integral role in the development of over $450 million in assets, on time and on budget. His primary responsibilities include collaborating on project design, creating pre-development/construction budgets, managing the delivery of working drawings to obtain necessary site development and building permits, submitting construction draws, and inspecting and managing construction progress.
