Delivered in 2014 and continuing our commitment to green development practices, this LEED Gold 658 bedroom community is the fruit of a very difficult 14 property assemblage. It pioneered urban infill development in the Colorado State University marketplace. Its design utilizes local stone and other architectural and natural elements. And its amenities are inspired by luxury, boutique hotels, such as the pool, which incorporates boulders and multiple waterfalls, reminiscent of a river swimming lagoon.
